Candidates

We take your privacy very seriously. Your name, photo and contact details on your profile are hidden to all employers except Philips Consulting / Outsourcing. Only YOU can release these details to companies who request them. Your profile is not open to the public or other candidates. Solely the registered companies on our site can contact you through our platform.

Public & Private States

On your “My SHORTLIST” dashboard, you may customize your profile to either “Private” or “Public” at any time, with the use of the Eye icon.

Private

When your profile is customized as “Private”, you will no longer appear in any search results. If you have previously given a recruiter access you can remove this at any time from your Account Settings Tab

However, anyone you have shared or emailed your SHORTLIST profile to outside the platform will still have access to it. In order to completely stop access to your profile, please contact us about closing your SHORTLIST Account.

Public

When your profile is customized as “Public”, it is visible to all registered companies using our platform.

Emailing Your Profile

Please note that when you email your SHORTLIST profile outside the platform, only your Email Address information is available. Your telephone number, contact address and other details remain hidden. This is to ensure that you are protected from unwanted exposure in case the link turns up outside your trusted network.
For any further questions please contact us

Employers

You can “Shortlist”, “Favourite” and “View”, a Candidate’s profile revealing only the name of the company but not your personal details. Your personal details are shown when you attempt to contact the Candidate about a role.
This procedure is done in order to protect our Candidates and also give them assurance as to who they are divulging personal information to.
